1. How do I get started?
Just select the package that suits you, submit the property details via our onboarding form, and we’ll get started right away.

2. What locations do you cover?
We cover all regions of the UK — including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Glasgow, and more.

3. Can I get a sample report before ordering?
Yes! Just drop us an email and we’ll send over a sample (with sensitive data removed) so you can see the quality you’ll receive.

4. I have more than one property — can you do bulk pricing?
Absolutely. We offer bundle pricing for portfolios and repeat clients. Just message us for a custom quote.

5. What if I don’t understand something in the report?
That’s exactly what the Zoom walkthrough add-on is for — but even without it, we’re always happy to answer your follow-up questions.

6. Do I need to provide any documents or numbers to start?
Yes — we’ll ask for the property’s address or Rightmove/Zoopla link, your estimated purchase price, expected renovation budget (if any), and mortgage terms (if known). The more accurate your info, the better the analysis.

7. What types of properties do you cover?
We analyze single buy-to-lets, HMOs (houses in multiple occupation), serviced accommodation, flips, and BRRR projects (Buy-Refurbish-Rent-Refinance). We do not currently offer commercial or mixed-use building analysis — but that’s coming soon.

8. Can you help me compare two or more properties?
Yes — with the Premium or Signature packages, you can request a multi-property comparison or portfolio view. Alternatively, book two Basic packages and we’ll show you which one is stronger financially.

9. Is this service suitable for first-time investors?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our clients are new to property. We break everything down into plain English, and even offer Zoom walkthroughs to make sure you feel confident and supported.

10. Can I use your reports to show to a mortgage broker or JV partner?
Yes — especially the Premium and Signature reports. These come with clear, well-presented documents including ROI forecasts, risk analysis, and exit valuations that are perfect for meetings or funding conversations.

11. Do you offer ongoing support or portfolio management?
While our core offering is one-off property analysis, we do work with a small number of clients on an ongoing basis to monitor and adjust their portfolio strategy. Message us to discuss if this is something you’re interested in.

12. What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive an email with a simple onboarding form to submit your property details. Once received, we begin the analysis. You’ll get updates as we progress and a final delivery via PDF + Excel (depending on your package).
